As a surname (I googled) it looks like [name_m]Zay[/name_m] comes from sē and denotes a body of water I personally like [name_m]Zaiden[/name_m] or [name_m]Zayden[/name_m] just as much and would be inclined to go for those, obviously getting to call him [name_m]Zay[/name_m] too, but those loner names might not be your cup of tea.
