Welcome to LILAC! We are a co-housing community of 20 eco-build households in West Leeds. The homes and land are managed by residents through a Mutual Home Ownership Society , a pioneering financial model that ensures permanent affordability.

LILAC is also part of a flourishing neighbourhood in West Leeds. We want to be a resource for the wider community for events and facilities. The common house is used for local meetings, film nights, meals and gatherings, workshops and has been used as the local polling station.
