LX570 (2011-2021) = 7000 lbs LC200 (2016-2021) = 8500 lbs If you are pulling a lighter trailer, it may not matter to have an extra 21% (1500lb) max capacity. Most advise that you should be towing at 80% of your max capacity, so it could matter.

I also would rather not drive a Lexus with the fancy badge and everything but that’s not the priority. Sep 10, 2023 · Don't forget the Lexus GX550 which has everything LC250 has plus 8000 lbs tow capacity, 2-3 rows, luxury, and that Lexus pinnache. LC200 will be forgotten soon enough except for the hardcore LC used car buyers. Between the LC250 at lower end and GX550 at higher end, there is really no reason to buy a "high dollar" LC200/LX570.
My Perspective: 200 Series LX vs LC, As an Owner of Both
Jul 3, 2008 · I personally think the 2013-2015 LX’s had the best interior of the 200 series. There was enough of the new tech (PCS) that still utilized the tried and true touch screen that I think it was nearly perfect. The 2016+ Lexus infotainment system is an abomination and overall interior styling is over the top in my opinion.
