Created by President Thawne in the 30th Century as "Thaddeus Thawne", he takes after his ancestor Professor Zoom. During Final Crisis he would briefly use the alias Kid Zoom while working as Zoom 's sidekick. He has been a member of Titans East and the Rogues.
