Frankly, the only one with an actual bad haircut in the Byers family is Will. Joyce works that 70s sorta-hippie natural mid-length hair, El looks really cute since she has the same hair but just longer, and Jonathan's is proto-grunge in a good way, give him five years and he'll fit right in with the Nirvana fans.
