J. C. Arban (December 5, 1933 – June 11, 2023) was an American junior college football coach.

J.C. Arban had eight winning seasons in his 10 years as coach of the Wildcats, winning two South Division Championships and the 1976 MACJC Championship, plus playing in the 1981 MACJC Championship. Arban's held a 61-37-4 overall record at PRCC. Arban was 7-2 in his debut as PRCC head coach in 1975.
