Golden Halberd is good (maybe even the second best strength weapon in the game), but the lack of an overpowered ash like Flame of Redmane or Hoarfrost Stomp is a big negative. The only other Halberd with a B strength scaling and possible elemental damage is Nightrider's Glaive, which I would argue is the best strength weapon in the game.
