I had to replace rear brakes and rotors at 48k on a 206 HRV 6MT since the sounding like they were grinding and the rotors were pitted and not worn properly. Replaced both and used the video above to get them on and off. Breaks work great and no issues.

2024 HRV purchased Dec 2023 . 11 months old and 3379 miles and the oil life came up at 15% . Surprised at 15% , but driving habits is 70% city . So maybe the oil monitor is correct . Feb 10, 2019 · On another thread, that I cannot find, there was a discussion on how to check the condition of the HRV CVT fluid without draining it out. I finally was able to check this out on our HRV during some servicing. With the CVT rubber fill plug removed, there is no easy way to stick a piece of wire or something down that hole to check the fluid.

Mar 18, 2022 · Seriously, let us know wha the stealership finds. Should be interesting. Seems like it's running in limp mode although you didn't mention any CEL. I think the HRV is drive by wire so perhaps there's a connection/electrical issue between the throttle pedal and the ECM.
