It's Pat-Poh herbal tea and you should be able to get it (the bottled version) from some Chinese herbal shops or even the coffee shops but mainly in Penang, not KL. Also, try drinking it with milk (order 'Pat Poh Guleng Ping'), it's goooooood! Look for the retailer Eu Yan Sang, they sell Chinese herbs commercailly.
