Jun 11, 2021 · Gruul's Lair is one of two 25-man raids available in Phase One of TBC Classic and consists of two bosses. It is located in Blade's Edge Mountains. Here, players can receive a variety of unique loot, including some parts of the Tier 4 armor sets.

Jul 9, 2020 · Welcome to our TBC Classic strategy guide for Gruul’s Lair! Found in Blade’s Edge Mountains, Gruul’s Lair is one of the first raids you can experience in TBC. It is a 25 man raid of fairly basic difficulty, but it requires coordination and a decent DPS output.

Feb 9, 2015 · The encounter against Gruul is a single target, two-phase fight. The two phases alternate over and over again, on a fixed timer, regardless of the raid's actions. During Phase One , which lasts approximately 70 seconds, Gruul must be tanked, and he uses a number of abilities against the raid.

This fight is a DPS check. Gruul grows in size and gets a 15% increasing damage buff every 30 seconds and will eventually 1 shot the tank. The off tank should be second on threat and standing within melee range of Gruul since he will target this player with
