I work near Evansburg state park and last year there was signs posted about "late season Goose hunting prohibited" I was there earlier this week and saw the signs that say "Early season Goose hunting Permitted".

Sep 27, 2010 · If ya want to Goose hunt, seriously, go to farmers right now with standing corn and ask them if you can hunt the land when the corn is harvested. Find fields with corn, soy, and alfalpha. its not easy but it'll work. Next, try to locate Roosting locations or large ponds/lakes where the geese roost at night.

Aug 22, 2009 · i.e. dove, duck, goose, etc. If you want to hunt waterfowl, you must have the federal duck stamp, from your local post office ($15 i think, but might be wrong). I believe you also referenced the state duck stamp, which is not necessary at all, rather a collectors thing the PAGC sells to raise money for wetlands.

I used to shoot turkey shoots a lot, and had a few guns built for that purpose with high power scopes and so on, but the there were a lot of places that stated the gun had to be "factory". The Marlin Goose Gun was the ticket for those shoots as well as winning a lot of the "modified" shoots.
