Nov 24, 2024 · The Arkansas State Police issued the G21 for almost 20 years. First it was the Gen 3 G21, then it was the Gen 3 G21SF. There were both G21SF and G21SF RTF2 in service. The last batch was Gen 4 G21. In 2019 we transitioned to the Gen 5 G17. The Arkansas Game and Fish still issues the Gen 4 G21, but they are about to transition to the G45 MOS.

Sep 14, 2008 · I'm considering buying a g21. What are the advantages and dis-advantages of each variant? How rare is the picatinny rail? Is there an advantage to the picatinny rail vs the regular glock rail? Is there any value added? Does the 21sf point differently than the g21?

Feb 17, 2020 · Get the 21. Then, if you still have a 10mm itch, get a Lone Wolf 45-10mm conversion barrel and Glock 20 mags and you will be ready to go. I used this setup and put a good bit of 10mm through it with no malfunctions. If you are going to run the hotter stuff, replace RSA with a stouter set of springs.

Apr 11, 2024 · Congratulations @Pacer6! You wont't be disappointed! My Glock 21's (SF and Generation 4) are my favorite Glocks. They are the most accurate and the softest shooting 45's you could ever want. I use the Generation 4 with a Streamlight TLR-1 and TruGlo TFO's for HD. It doesn't get to sleep in the bed though!
