Jan 13, 2025 · The minus connector in the slimlines was needed to get the trigger pull weight down to GLOCK‘s typical reported weight of 5.5lbs. The original connector used in the G43 left the pull weight too heavy, so GLOCK made a new minus connector for them specifically, similar to how the dot connector came to be for the Gen 4 guns.

Dec 14, 2024 · The Glock 43 is perhaps THE easiest-to-conceal 9mm pistol. As @Jim Watson noted above, it depends on your outerwear, but the G43 can be worn concealed OWB, IWB, or pocket carry. Because my pants of choice have fairly large pockets, I prefer carrying my G43 in a pocket holster (in my case, Clinger ComfortCling).

Jun 26, 2011 · If you *want* to carry 14+1, then that's fine, but don't do it because of what some commando told you to do at the gun shop. The gun will work just fine w/ 15+1(as it does w/ 14+1). My Glock mags have been loaded to the gills for a while, w/o any issues.

Jun 4, 2024 · The Mini 14 was a scaled down version of the M14, based on the M1 Grand. In the 1980’s Bill Ruger gave into the fear mongering left, and only provided “tactical” Mini 14’s to law enforcement and militaries, then the 94 assault ban hit. As far as I know the Mini 14 in basic form is legal in all 50 states.

Jan 9, 2025 · Staccato/STI mags notoriously required tuning. Drop a mag on the feed lips and you might have to re-tune it. They are also expensive, as compared to Glock mags. I like the idea of the 2011 taking Glock mags. Plus if someone wanted, they could still have a G26 as backup and use the same mags.

Dec 29, 2024 · And even if you did the 14" barrel with the pistol grip was under the 26" limit. So a website popped up with info on how to convert the pistol grip firearms. Eventually they started making and selling birds head grips which met the 26" limit with a 14" bbl. They called it the Shockwave grip. They also offered conversion kits on their website.

Mar 29, 2024 · There is no way to resolve the hard to load magazine issue, you can consider yourself lucky if you can load 14 cartridges, I usually load 13. What you can do, as you live in the US, is to purchase new Glock 19 magazines, they work well in the Glock 25, as long as you load them with .380 ACP cartridges, obviously.
