Aug 20, 2022 · There is a problem with Salzburg though. Historical HRE Salzburg was made up of parts of now Austrian land and now German land. If you want proper historical borders you can not take it and be too small or take it and be too large. So imo it's fine to take. Source: Am from the German parts of what was once Salzburg.
