Garcey Beach (Playa de Garcey) gained fame in Fuerteventura thanks to the boat that was stranded on its shoreline since 1994. Nowadays, there is nothing left of that ship – the SS America – which remained on its shore for over two decades and ended up being a tourist attraction in the area.
