Jan 23, 2017 · We all know how insane the M16 in GTA 3 is. It can easily keep up with the Minigun from GTA Vicecity. In reality the M16 should be barely better than the AK47, but in GTA 3 however they made this gun like 100 times stronger in every aspect (damage, firerate etc)

Aug 23, 2022 · I find the GTA 3 AK and M16 quite fascinating. Their functions in the later series were split into two separate weapons. The AK diverged into the premium SMG (usually the MP5) and the entry level assault rifle (usually the AK).

The M16 is a very powerful military weapon with an even larger range than the AK 47. Its high firing rate makes it very effective against both attacking as fleeing targets, but you can not fire the weapon while walking. Its magazine holds 50 rounds. The weapon can be bought at Phil's Place at Staunton Island.
