Dec 4, 2024 · I have a brand new Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar. The current firmware is 16.22. Before upgrading the watch to a new firmware, I'd like to be sure to be able to downgrade it. Does any of you have a link to the GUPDATE.gsp 16.22 for the F7 Pro ? A dedicated community for Garmin users to ask questions, provide answers, and share feedback.

Apr 4, 2025 · I have been trying to backdate my F7 Pro and all it does is delete the gupdate.gsp file. I put the force.tmp file and the gupdate.gsp file in the Garim folder on my watch unplug it and nothing happens.
