Re: Titanium 125 Easy Flux welder is a gem -- even with a 3800-watt generator! I have a few on here that think the only way to welded is to a gasoline driven welder like a SA200. But as long as generator is the right size or larger it will work great.

Jan 19, 2013 · This weld was with a 94056 (Blue 90A AC flux welder, 5 years ago model). I looked to see what sort of FC wire gave me this low-splatter result and discovered I had put the original HF wire back in it - K-kng brand or something like that. Apparently low splatter is as much finding the right settings as it is the brand of wire.

Jun 8, 2010 · You also don't need the cap at the nozzle when you're welding flux core -- although some guys keep it on as a way to reduce wind at the weld. Flux core behaves as though it's hotter than the same size solid wire -- you might be pulling where you used to push. Your voltage and wire speed setting will also be different for flux core.
