What qualifies as an FKT? The clock starts at the beginning of the route and does not stop until the end. Please ensure that when you submit an FKT the time is the "elapsed time" and not “moving time.” Anyone can do an FKT. You must give your actual name to be credited with an FKT. All FKT athletes should comply with WADA protocols.
