Here's a shot of FEC 701 in better days leading a Southbound across Stuart Bridge on 9-9-05. From what I hear it was cut up on site where it derailed a couple of weeks ago. It was second unit with new 104 when they hit a sunkink at speed and took a wild ride into the woods.

It was retired on September 28, 2001, was sold as FEC 707 in 2007. It was transferred as Alabama & Gulf Coast RR 707 in 2012. 708 was built in July 1979, #786218-14, FN 786218-14, as UP 8078, Class SD40-2.

This was a group of fifteen built by the American Locomotive Company in 1925. These locomotives were given road numbers 701 through 715 and they had 63" diameter drivers, 27" x 30" cylinders, a 190 psi boiler pressure, they exerted 59,800 pounds of tractive effort and each weighed 325,000 pounds.
