Aug 27, 2022 · Unfortunately there's no "one-true-overclock-setting" that would apply universally to a particular card (a 2060 Super), even one by the same board partner (e.g. MSI, EVGA, Gigabyte, etc.) / model (e.g. Ventus, Gaming Trio, Suprim, etc.). Each chip of each card will perform differently depending on that particular chip's quality.

May 2, 2019 · There's an EVGA RTX 2060 SC Ultra Gaming for $360 and an XC Ultra Gaming for $400. It seems the only difference is one less display port and 75mhz less boost clock on the SC version. are there any other notable differences I'm missing out on? Is the extra 75mhz and additional display port worth the extra $40?

Jan 20, 2020 · That's at launch. The GTX 1080 FE was only 1-2% faster than the RTX 2060 FE. And while the RTX 2070/2080/2080 Ti FE models are technically not run at reference spec, the RTX 2060 FE is run at reference spec. The RTX 2060 has always been roughly on par with the GTX 1080, give or take.

Oct 21, 2020 · The 2060 is a very suitable card for games like Minecraft and Halo MCC at 60 fps 1440p. Even for Infinite itll be fine at 60fps with a mix of settings. As for upgrading, it's probably best to wait for AMD's upcoming cards and the RTX 3060 to make a choice.

Nov 14, 2020 · I built a PC at the start of last year with an RTX 2060, I7-9700k and 16 gigs of RAM. I’m considering upgrading this year to either a 3060 or 3070 and had a few questions. Is it worth to upgrade if I play games such as fortnite( all low/competitive settings for FPS boost) warzone, Microsoft flight simulator and red dead redemption 2.

Last week I purchased an RTX 2060 KO Ultra, and I'm getting some great performance from it. From what I've heard, EVGA cards seem to run hotter than most graphics cards, but I'm a bit concerned about my temperatures under heavy load. When playing modern games on high settings, I'm getting temps of about 80-85C under load.

Jul 20, 2020 · I have the EVGA 2060 KO ultra. I also have another EVGA 2060 XC ultra. I don’t think the ko ultra is worth it over regular ko. I don’t ever see it boost to the higher clocks the ultra is advertised at as the KO cards are power limited. And my card usually hits the power limits before getting the higher clocks.

Jan 25, 2022 · On my 2060 I could hit 2085 on core while gaming and 2100 absolute max, else I'd crash, so pretty reasonable considering the power limits these cards have. That mem OC though weird that +400 on yours crashes.

Oct 13, 2020 · RTX 2060 KO already have higher power limit than base RTX 2060 (170W vs 160W). Well, at least with my card (Galax/KFA2 1-click OC), the TDP is locked at 160 W. Even though I am only increasing the TDP by 10W, I did get a more consistent core clocks. I haven't test is thoroughly so it might be just placebo effect so your mileage may vary.
