Feb 12, 2013 · So since new years, ive been taking like 4 dabs a day on average and barely even smoke buds. I go thru a gram a week. Im starting to get the feeling that dabbing so consistently isnt really a good idea. I do use a propane torch on my to nail which i know is a bad idea but im too cheap to buy a new butane one.

Jul 12, 2011 · ^Didn't mean to imply you have bad oil, sorry it sounded that way. I've just had shitty oil that smelled weird in the room after dabbing it, probably particulates in it burning on the nail or something. A proper oil dabs up nice and clean was my only point.

Oct 31, 2014 · I'm willing to bet that anything you have in your house currently would not be a material for dabbing off of. That kind of heat will cause nasty fumes or break whatever you are using. I would suggest going to a head shop and either getting a domeless piece that will adapt to fit your bong or get the adapter to let you use a globe and glass nail.

Propane is cheap, heats your nail quickly, but the hotter temps increase likelihood of overheating your nail, which can break glass and oxidize Ti very quickly. Mapp gas is basically everything good/bad about propane but magnified. IMO MAPP gas has absolutely no place in dabbing. Shit burns retardedly hot.

Jan 4, 2016 · But smell-wise dabbing itself isn't an issue. Even without a fan, dryer sheets, or towels under doors the smell shouldnt travel or linger in the same room either. The difference is smoke dispurses throuhout a room seeping through every nook and cranny, vapor settles, condenses and fades.

May 12, 2016 · You are going to want to heat the nail like you would be taking a dab, and then get some reclaim if you have it, if not use your hash oil and drop a couple decent sized globs of wax onto the nail and let them sizzle on the top of the nail and fume off the top, you lose a couple dabs but you get better tasting dabs after

Jun 4, 2014 · Test this by dabbing on a bigger bong (yes, contrary to every erl-head's instinct), or in a beaker that lets the vapor swirl a bit in the base. I would still try a dab with less drag though. Esp in a dome you only need a slight vacuum in the bong to pull the smoke down.
