Clutch (クラッチ Kuratchi?) is a playable character in Jet Set Radio Future. Clutch shows up near the end of the game's story, stealing the GG's Graffiti Souls and taking off with them. Once he is caught, he joins the gang and tells them where Yoyo is held captive at.

He has a fixation on Graffiti Souls as he often talks about them and even steals some from the GG's. He is not a native citizen of Tokyo as revealed by his post-game dialogue: He is one of the few characters to not have a counterpart in Jet Set Radio.
