I have chonks at lvl 2 and 3 and they are not showing in the catalo. Also have an achievement for 'First special chunk' unlocked and is not listed on the catalogue. Title! is rng based or something?

So food dishes give me a 2% / 5% / etc chance for Chonker. Does this chance roll every second an adult cat exists in the same room as a food bowl? Or does it roll every time an adult cat is leveled up (in the same room as a food bowl)?
