Child Safety Restraint Systems (car seats) are required by Texas law to be used by students younger than 4 years old OR less than 36 inches in height.Only car seats that are provided by CSISD will be utilized. It is unsafe for students weighing more than 40 pounds to use car seats in the school bus.
