Re-building a trusted approach to our regulation

This involves making immediate changes to support our response to the recommendations in the interim report from Dr Penny Dash and to improve our ways of working ahead of the publication of the final report.

The fundamental standards - Care Quality Commission
Apr 4, 2024 · The provider of your care must display their CQC rating in a place where you can see it. They must also include this information on their website and make our latest report on their service available to you.
Regulations 2014 requires providers to make available to CQC the information set out in Schedule 3. CQC Inspectors may ask for this information at any time in relation to each “person employed for the purposes of carrying on a regulated activity” (see Regulation 19(1).
