GS a downscale Z06, better handling than the base and Z51 due to larger tires and some upgrades to the suspension, same engine as the base and Z51, gearing is different so reported to be a bit quicker but no real world info on that yet.

Dec 12, 2019 · C7 General Discussion - Z51 vs. Grand Sport - My understanding is that the Grand Sport is superior to the StingRay with Z51 for the following reasons: 1. The GS is faster than the Z51. The 2019 Corvette Brochure says the Stingray with Z51 does 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds while the GS does it in 3.6 seconds.
