Burnie Aquatic Centre is proudly managed by Sea-Lyons Aquatics on behalf of the Burnie City Council. Officially reopened in July 2016, the original 50 metre pool is now complemented with an indoor 25 metre, eight-lane pool and outdoor splash pad area for children.

The North Arundel Aquatic Center offers an 8-lane 25-yard competition pool and a leisure pool. The leisure pool is a zero depth entry pool that includes three 20-yard lap lanes with indoor water park.

Managed by Sea-Lyons Aquatics who also run swim, aqua aerobics, fitness classes and swimming lessons, with inflatables during school holidays.

Dec 12, 2023 · Classes are run year-round in the indoor 25 metre pool, which is heated to 29 o C. There is no limit to age or fitness ability. Aqua Aerobics is designed to work at your own pace while using variations of foam equipment, allowing you to increase resistance and adversity.

Jul 6, 2016 · There is also a 50m, 8 lane, 1.06m - 1.68m depth, outdoor, heated, 28ºC (82ºF), seasonal (summer only) pool at this location. The 25m pool includes a ramp with handrails and a pool pod to assist those who require wheelchair access. The pool reopened after an A$8.8 million upgrade, in July, 2016.

Since 1969, the club has evolved and transformed into what we have today providing the indoor pool, group fitness studio, cycle studio, functional training studio, dance studio, circuit, cardio and weight training zones.
