And, this site tells me there are tools to extract the 68-111 marker data from my Big-Y results. I just paid for the Y-111 upgrade Dec 2015 and feel completely scammed! Shame on you for selling lies to you devoted customers to scam them out of more money.

The bottom line is that one should not consider what FTDNA supplies in terms of Big-Y matches and information. The only viable information from the match list is whether there might be a new result in your general haplogroup region. FTDNA is comparing Big-Y raw results against about 40% of the known Y-SNPs.
