Aug 3, 2009 · You get a quest from a guy in the middle of Big Ben, and he tells you to use a wooden chest. When you open one of the wooden chests a few levels higher, you get a new quest to open a silver chest. When you open one of the silver chests a few levels higher, you are told to open a gold chest.

The order of quests is Counterweight East, Counterweight West, and then Big Ben. Sounds like you must have teleported in to a friend and done Big Ben out of order. To enter ...

Dec 24, 2009 · On the level with the gold chests on Big Ben, how do you open them? Do you have to be a certain level? I couldn't open the wooden or silver either. You get an assignment from the guy at the bottom, who tells you to go up and open the chests on your way to Meowiarity. You can only open one of the four chests (it doesn't matter which one).

Oct 24, 2010 · Don't follow your arrow just keep going up. That bug has been there since I have done Big Ben the first time. A few floors give you a break, there are just talk to floors, wisp floors, the puzzle floor. Don't forget to get the cat in there if you took Zeke's quest - hint - he is behind a crate after about a dozen floors.
