Sep 5, 2022 · Oprna Bay is a true gem of Croatia and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Krk. This idyllic cove by the rocky hilltop is a true oasis and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the crystal blue waters of the island.

For us, this was one of the most beautiful beaches on Krk. It is on the road to Stara Baška and you have to park your car on the side, on the rocky side. Don't come too late, otherwise the best spots will be taken and you'll have to walk a long way.

It's enough to leave the city center behind and start exploring the coast on foot with a pair of hiking shoes or by SUP to find some bay with a beautiful sea and not too crowded, despite it being August. Crystal clear sea, untouched nature, and relaxation.

Soline Bay or Soline Cove (Croatian: Uvala Soline) is a bay located on the northeast side of the Croatian island of Krk. The bay flows into the Vinodol Channel, part of the Adriatic Sea. Three villages are centered on Soline Bay: Čižići, Klimno, and Soline, after which it is named.

After only 40 minutes by boat from the port of Punat in the direction of Stara Baška, are the most beautiful bays and beaches in the whole northern Adriatic Sea. Swimming and snorkeling in the perfectly clear sea will give you the feeling of absolute freedom in this wonderful wilderness.

Sep 18, 2020 · To get to Oprna Bay, you just had to climb the guardrail and descend to the beaches in front of you. There were 2 big beaches where you could go for a swim. The actual beach of Oprna Bay was the biggest one and there were umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach. The other popular one is Zaglav Beach. There also were some smaller beaches in the area.
