Jul 18, 2022 · They have no specific spawn, they have a chance to spawn absolutely anywhere as far as I'm aware. I've found the blue key card in a police car and my teammate and I have found two in random buildings in the massive city at the beginning of the map. We never seen any key card in military areas.
