Due to that, banelings were given the +5 health upgrade to change interaction with storm and unupgraded archons. While the unupgraded archons interaction is solveable with a simple +1 attack upgrade, the storm one was not.

I just have a lot of trouble dealing with mass banelings, especially when trying to push into their base and I have to go on creep. If you have the micro for it, split and kite backwards while focus firing them. Ensure Marauders are in front.

When it comes down to a choice between a buff for something you need to spend resources on, and a lot of resources at that for making multiple Zergling waves, and a buff for two things which are completely free in addition to buffing something you spend resources on, there’s just no contest.

I dislike this change because I am a zerg player, but ALSO because I think it will impact ZvT far greater than ZvP, as bio can now kill banelings noticeably easier, but banelings can still roll through storm with 1 hit left.
