What's different: Neater tail lights, more aggressive hood with "ripples" coming off the roundel, kidney grills got smaller, lost the "big fat nostrils" look and no longer integrated with the hood.

Sep 15, 2024 · If you are looking at videos from other markets, keep in mind that "standard" equipment varies based on the importer (ie. BMW USA). There is a non-adaptive version of the pre-LCI headlights and there is also a basic version of the LCI headlights. You can identify them from the lack of cornering lights, but these were never offered in the US.

Feb 15, 2011 · LCI is Life Cycle Impulse. I would imagine it might have a better meaning in Deutsch as some things don't go to English perfectly. I attached a BMW LCI marketing bulletin for the E60 LCI that I found. It is marked as 2007 in the document since it is UK version. The model year designation does vary between North America and Europe.

Mar 5, 2015 · Front end is more a giveaway. I have a PreLCI 2010 with the LCI tails and it looks the same in the rear as the LCI e92 (2011-2013). PreLCI and LCI e90's are different in the front and rear so they are easier to tell.

Nov 11, 2022 · 2- After 2005, BMW came up with a different paddle shifter system called SSG LCI which is different from the SSG system. Also the steering wheels have changed after 2005, so pre lci steering wheels will not going to fit LCI cars (only via modifying the sleering )>> not recommended.
