Our shop deals nighthawk, Wilson combat, staccato, atlas, etc. Atlas is the king of high round count 2011’s.

Dec 17, 2021 · I've "heard" BCM's lockup for the MCMR Handguard is better than Aero's Atlas R-One lockup. I'm looking at a No Forward Assist option, tired of waiting for a BCM MK2 to show up. This is for a 13.9 Criterion build, for which there is no BCM MCMR Handguard option if you want to maximize rail space and still be able to mount a suppressor.

May 14, 2020 · I agree though that the Aero Atlas series is excellent, with an excellent attachment method and substantial anti rotation tabs. Op, regarding anti rotation pin v.s. tabs..I would prefer a handguard that uses large tabs (like Aero's Atlas) because they will distribute force over a larger area than the pin which will be extremely localized.

Sep 5, 2022 · According to Atlas, 9mm 2011 feed lips on the narrower side should be somewhere between .350-.355” and go from narrower to wider from the casing to the bullet between .005 and .010”. For example, .350 on the casing side/rear and .360 at the bullet/front side of the mag (just measuring the ends of the first/narrow section of the feed lips).

May 28, 2024 · I just switched to EZ Lok on my 9mm AK-V after having another baffle strike on my obsidian 9 using 3lug. I also use EZ lok with it on handguns. It's had 2 trips back to Rugged for baffle and end cap strikes. Be prepared to have those, it seems to me that this can gets more than any other brand can out there (solely based on what you see online).

Apr 9, 2024 · Personally, I think the big name taper mounts are all about the same (Plan A, Plan B, DA Xeno, YHM SRX). The simple taper is the magic, and they all have that.

Jan 4, 2025 · I installed an Atlas trigger and it was basically drop in. I bought a spare colt mainspring from the LGS to tweak on to get the trigger weight down and followed some Atlas videos on YouTube on how to bend it and what to watch out for.
