Despite your post was long ago in 2013, if you still get my reply, I would like to know is your Almera still having the same problem after you changed your drive shaft?

Jan 8, 2009 · If it were an almera to almera swap, the 14 to 16 swap is indeed a piece of piss, but as your using a sunny engine.. You may hit small niggly problems that you'll have to solve. I'd definitely keep the ALMERA wiring loom though..

So, people here have taken an SR20DE from an Almera GTi or Almera Tino and then added a turbo themselves so an SR20DE+T.
