Sep 22, 2014 · The grinder is used to grind for all biome keymolds, Souls of Light and Night, Rod of Discord, Nymph Banners, Mimic drops, and lots of cash. It is designed to kill mobs very quickly and snatch their drops as the player moves via minecart from side to side and then periodically use a hoik loop to pick up errant souls that are normally out of reach.

Jul 22, 2019 · Right now I can AFK in two spots on my Mob farm. The end of the giant overhang arm at the top (left) is where I can AFK over night to get drops. That is 24 blocks away from the spawning platforms. The large platform located at the halfway point of the tube is the mob grinder. It is located 24 blocks from the bottom of the spawn platforms.
