Aug 19, 2014 · I found the following information on how to diagnose ABS brakes for the first generation S10 Blazer. To obtain the fault codes for the ABS brakes with a GM OBD1 system, ground pin H of the ALDL. Pin A of the ALDL is a ground pin, so pins A and H can be ‘jumped’. Turn ignition ON but do not start the engine.

Aug 12, 2017 · I have a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer S10 4.3L VORTEC (vin W) CPI SUV and have a problem with:-rough idle and higher than usual idle RPM-Engine stumbling/hesitates off idle and surges at approx 40-55 mph.-Vacuum at idle 15”-Under hard accel engine does NOT misfile and seems to run ok but as soon as the throttle is relaxed it again begins to surge.

Feb 9, 2012 · The truck is a 1994 S10, standard cab, Long bed, 2WD, 4.3L V-6, Auto tranny. I was told that only trannys from 94-95 are compatable with each other, due to an electrical connection, but wasn't sure if that info was correct or not. Thanks in advance.

Aug 5, 2005 · NOTE: Some 94 & 95 models do not have the B terminal. In which case a scanner is required. NOTE: Some 94 & 95 models that DO have the A & B terminals still require a scanner. All vehicles after 96 are OBDII, and require a scanner to access them. 12 Pin ALDL

Jul 19, 2004 · Ive owned a 92 s10 4.3 tbi which had problems, now i have a 97 s10 4.3 which has had TONS of problems and a 94 blazer 4.3 cpi which has had only a few problems like a starter, fuel pump, and of course the leaky injector which does not always need to be replaced because most times its not the injector itself which is leaking but the pressure ...

May 14, 2012 · Many people even view the S10 SS as a pathetic truck (a disgrace to the "SS" badge, so to say), some ricer badges and a few farts of HP more than a standard S10 (yeah, I know it has suspension, blah blahitity too...), look at how Nextname describes it, that's how many, even in the S10 fanboy clubs, view them.

Dec 20, 2011 · My 94 S10 4.3L does not have an OBD plug. Any way to use the existing non-OBD output plug with OBD reader? I saw a cable on eBay for $140 that marries 94 plug to OBD, if I knew the wires to match up I could make one for a lot less. I've read about jumper wire on some 94s to read flashes, but would like more detailed OBD read outs if possible.

The next day when I went to start my Blazer, it cranked over just fine, but just wouldn't start. To diagnios the problem, I connected a fuel pressure gauge on the Schrader valve of the Fuel line.
