74HC47 is a BCD to 7-segment latch/decoder/driver with four address inputs (A, B, C, D), a latch enable input (LE), a ripple blanking input (BI), a lamp test input (LT), and seven segment outputs (a to g).

The CD54HC4511, CD74HC4511, and CD74HCT4511 are BCD-to-7 segment latch/decoder/ drivers with four address inputs (D0−D3), an active-low blanking (BL) input, lamp-test (LT) input, and a latch-enable (LE) input that, when high, enables the latches to store the BCD inputs.

All of the circuits have full ripple-blanking input/output controls and a lamp test input. Segment identification and re-sultant displays are shown on a following page. Display pat-terns for BCD input counts above nine are unique symbols to authenticate input conditions.
