Jun 29, 2023 · The 3070 Ti was and still is the worst value card out of the 30 series. Even at $550, it's still roughly 22% more expensive than a 3070, but only 5% better in terms of performance I'd say either save the money and grab a 3060 Ti, or spend $50 more to grab a 4070

I run a MSI Ventus 3x OC 3070 ti with an i9-12900k 32gb of RAM and hot good numbers. Games like COD VG I get around 90-100 CW 100-110 MW19 144+ Warzone Rebirth 120-130 Caldera 100-110. Tarkov I get 60-70ish(all ultra not optimized so probably be able to get a little more), valorant 200+, GTA V AVG 60-70, sometimes hit 30fps but still ultra smooth.

Your 3070 ti will easily run it, my 3070 runs it just fine. A little warning I didn't expect from these gpu's is if you want to play super good looking good games at ultra settings like dcs or Escape from Tarkov, your gpu might struggle a bit due to only having 8gb of VRAM.

Nov 3, 2021 · With the 3070 I didn't try many undervolts. I simply used 925mv 1920mhz. 3-4% over stock performance while pulling around 170w in many games. In games like bfv or Far Cry New Dawn just around 135w which meant under 60C with 30% fan speed.

May 12, 2022 · This is because even though two cards may be a 3070 - chances are they are different skus of 3070, for example the evga ftw3 would boost higher than a founders edition. Generally if you monitor your card in games its frequency will sit in certain bounds, this will differ per game but you can get a general ballpark number that way.

Mar 17, 2022 · The 3070 ti is around 8% faster on average at 1440p iirc. It does use a lot more power because of the GDDR6X memory though (despite it not really helping the card in typical gaming workloads) 290W compared to the 220W of the 3070 for the reference designs (AIB models are typically a bit higher, around 240W for the 3070 and 300W for the ti version).
