The second piece is a handcarved traditional Fue (Orator's Whisk) consists of 200 strands of 3-braided sennet and measures about 42" long. The Talking Chief waives the Fue to accentuate points in his speeches as he stands holding his To'oto'o (Staff) facing his audience.
