Nov 21, 2021 · Cut into 1/2 inch pieces on the diagonal. Place cut side down on cookie sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Check half way. Can reduce heat to 350 if browning too fast . Take out of oven and turn to other cut side, and bake again for six minutes. I use two cookie sheets for the second baking process after the biscotti has been cut.

When I was little we thought it was a made up holiday by our mom. That's when we would get the presents she forgot to give at Christmas because she hid them so well;) And any time after that date is when we'll take the decorations down. Since we were late getting them up, my husband says we're keeping them up for a few more weeks. Fine by me...
