A 1,33GHz ibook gets a 20min video file encoded to h.264 @ 2,5Mbit/s by 30min. faster than a 1,2GHz ibook (and we speak of 12h and 30minutes in total here), so in that case, maybe the 1,2GHz ibook is better sold and one puts 5-10EUR on top and buys a 1,33GHz model instead.

Nov 2, 2013 · At least, they work on my mid-2005, 12" iBook G4, 1.33GHz, 1.5GB Ram, 40GB drive model. I just tested both ports and they booted the flash drive correctly. I tried the last three commands you have listed above and they do not work.

Oct 15, 2005 · It's good to hear that iBooks are doing well. I have an iBook G4 1.2 GHz with 1.25 GB of RAM (maxed out). When Tiger came out, I read somewhere about the technical details (maybe Ars?) where they mentioned that every iteration of OS X actually runs faster on older hardware, rather than the other way around.

The last one with the big gray disc thumbnail will contain everything you need in one disc, however you will need a blank dual-layer DVD to burn it to.
