Now Clémence Poésy could possibly have pulled this off with VFX, but I would have gone with someone who was already a model and then done the hair, lighting and angles to enhance it even more. They did loads of stuff with the elves in LotR with make-up, wigs and lighting.

Apr 7, 2022 · Agreed. Clémence Poésy is really pretty, but not beautiful in the "holy shit, is that even a human? I've never seen anyone this beautiful in my life!" way that Fleur was meant to look. They also really didn't give her enough in terms of hair, makeup, or even screentime for that matter to allow for that sort of impression.
