ZEN is a series of portable media players designed and manufactured by Creative Technology Limited from 2004 to 2011. The players evolved from the NOMAD brand through the NOMAD Jukebox series of music players, with the first separate "ZEN" branded models released in 2004. The last Creative Zen player, X-Fi3, was released at the end of 2011.

Feb 6, 2006 · Of all the portable video players we've seen, the Zen Vision M stands out as being the nearest in style and approach to the iPod Classic. The Vision M has a 2.5in screen. We've said before that this is a little small to be watching a long film on, and the Creative's display doesn't change our mind.

With great sound, a crisp and clear screen, and great video playback, and a good price, the Zen is a serious iPod competitor.
