Jan 10, 2023 · I wanted to customize the loading and bird icons zammad… i did it as follows, rename /opt/zammad/public/assets/images/icons.svg_old and I replaced it with the custom icons, but it didn’t work, all the icons remained white (img attached)

Jan 11, 2021 · My standard svg editor doesn’t open it, but svg is just a text file - you can see the icon in question at line 456-478. You could edit that to contain a different logo, or add a new file and change /app/views/init/index.html.erb to point to that. Both would likely revert when you next update, so keep a backup.

Feb 14, 2023 · I got a local hosted Zammad on Ubuntu and the icons.svg and logo.svg is in the path /opt/zammad/public/assets/images. The changes to these files could be reverted with an update.

Defines the logo of the application, shown in the login page of Zammad. Ensure to hit the “Submit” button after uploading the logo. Otherwise your change will not be saved.

Dec 9, 2019 · As an Administrator I want to upload a custom icon set to be available for a the Knowledge Base. Actual behavior: As an Administrator I'm able to chose between a list of pre defined icon sets but can't use a custom one.

Dec 19, 2022 · Can you please how to change icons to custom icons? for example I want to change bird icon on the login page to some custom icon and so on. As I can see the path where all the icons is here: /opt/zammad/public/assets/images/

When entering search field, fields becomes greater (ok) and Zammad Bird disappears to make place, fine. When leaving search field, field keeps bigger size and Zammad Bird stays disappeared. Web Page has to be reloaded to show Zammad Bird again.
