Nov 12, 2009 · The ZL is a great trail sled as the suspension is softer than the ditch banging ZR (my wife has 2000 ZR600 EFI -- pre-power valves year). He will love the EFI....first pull charges the system, second pull starts the sled.

Nov 23, 2011 · First things first pull your carbs and give them a good cleaning. If that doesn't work your TSS could be or is bad, so now you have to choose buy/replace the worn out parts (going to fail on you again within a year or two) or just disconnect the TSS all together.

Nov 5, 2001 · As far as the burnt orange ZL SS, I bought the burnt orange ZL 800 EFI SS in November and I pesonally love the unique look. I'm an Arctic Cat man but tired of all the green! I didn't stud it and I think I'm going to have to - a little "undertracked" for the hp.
