Apr 19, 2019 · The Yak-18T prototype had its first flight in mid-1967 and subsequently the type was placed in series production in Smolensk. The Yak-18T went on to become the standard basic trainer with Aeroflot flight schools, while small numbers also entered service with the Soviet Air Force as liaison and communications aircraft.

Nov 22, 2024 · Hi, thank you for the wonderful Yak-18T! I already flew it in XP11 and I also fly it in MSFS2020. Everything works well there! Now I have it in XP12.1.2 and would like to fly it there, but unfortunately there are problems: When rolling, it suddenly turns to the right and I can't correct this with the pedals. The control assistance is off!
