Jul 25, 2022 · y2k stands for year 2000 and a lot of the trends from back then are coming back. for example in fashion, low rise jeans are back. the pics art-like designs are also reminiscent of y2k because of the magazine layouts and designs back then. try searching up y2k on pinterest especially and maybe u might get a better idea of what it is exactly!

Aug 12, 2020 · As far as I can tell, this post is talking soleley about y2k. There is not a thing about y2k that I ever thought of as racist or stealing black culture. Now, sure, there is a reason every popular girl on tiktok is some pretty white girl or Kylie has 'beautiful big lips' but kelly rowland doesn't. That is a problem and it is the problem you stated.

Sep 11, 2023 · Y2K emo trend is kinda yikes (Posted this on a different subreddit too hope that's okay!!) Me and my friend were talking about tiktok fashion trends and she's the first person that agreed with me that this trend really shouldn't be a thing,,like especially how BIG it's gotten.
