Mar 2, 2025 · The Xfinity Discovery Hub "search the web" function stopped working Saturday 3/1. I'm using Safari on a Mac. It was working, then suddenly stopped during my online session. I followed ALL of Apple's troubleshooting steps. I've tried using Xfinity's online tech support, and they were useless.

Mar 4, 2025 · The Xfinity Discovery Hub "search the web" function on my PC no longer works. When I type in a search for anything, a statement pops up saying "your search did not match any documents" I contacted cust. service. was told the discovery hub search was only for Xfinity Services. That I would have to search web sights through Google, not discovery hub.

Dec 17, 2024 · Same issue. On chat with Xfinity for 1 3/4 hours. They asked me to delete emails, which i did via my Ipad. I could access them on Ipad through my email icon not the xfinity web site. I notice that before it took me to the discovery Hub page the address added #xfFailureCount=1 which disappearedwhen it went to the Hub page.

Mar 10, 2025 · The Discovery Hub page no longer allows for internet search. It has been down a week now and it is not being fixed. This is wrong, I have called everyday for help. Somedays they say I have no problems and other times they say they are aware of the problem and will fix it when and if they find the problem. How about I pay when and if you fix it.

Jun 9, 2023 · This new Discovery Hub has made it so I can’t search anything. Try searching and it just reloads to the same Discovery Hub page. After 30 minutes with Xfinity was told my MAC might not be comparable. Seriously? Transferred me to Apple and got my old Xfinity page back for one night and now it’s back to DH page and still not working.

If I click on Search the web, or Internet, it takes me back to the exact same screen, i.e., Xfinity Discovery Hub. I'm would be delighted to assist you in getting squared away. Once you login, you should see menu options such as Billing, Account and Identity, Comcast Business, Support.

Sep 5, 2023 · When I log into my Xfinity Account, and then click “go to inbox” or “Check email” the link sends me to the discovery hub. All avenues I take start with loading the inbox, and then redirects to the Hub. I read on another post that this is caused by you email account being inactive. How can I reactivate the account?
